Compulsory Classes (All Non Competitive)
All Gymnasts must partake in one of the following classes.
1 Hour Pre-School (3-5yrs)
1 Hour Beginner Skills (5yrs+)
2 Hour Skills + Beginner tumble (Level 6+)
2 Hour Advanced skills (Level 14+)
2 Hour Development skills + Beginner tumble (4-8yrs) This class is for gymnasts that are a high skill level for their young age.

Optional Class- Acro/Tumble Skills
(Competitive + Non Competitive)
All gymnasts skill level 8+ have the option to join one of our Acro/Tumble skills classes (Availability depending).
Gymnasts must attend a 2 hour skills class within the compulsory section to attend the acro/tumble class.
Acro/Tumble is a mixture of both Display and tumble (see below more information on tumble + display gymnastics).
All gymnasts within this class have the option to attend club in house Tumble competitions.
Depending on gymnasts ability they would also have the option to attend local tumble competitions outwith Clyde valley.


Display
Display Gymnastics is where approximately 20-30 gymnasts come together to create a routine to music with balances, skills and dance. They then perform this at 4/5 festivals per year traveling throughout Scotland and England. The team travel with the club via coach which is a great way for gymnasts to create friends for life.
Competitive Tumble
Competitive tumble is level dependent and to coach discretion
Competitive Tumble is where gymnasts perform tumble skills such as, round off, flips and somersaults. Our competitive tumble classes start mainly from 7 years+

There are loads of opportunities that come from taking part in competitive tumble such as- if gymnast works hard they could become a Scottish or British Champion.
